Songwriting & Studio Recording Sessions last two hours.

What is the venue name and location?

Sound Stage Studios located at 10 Music Circle South, Nashville, TN 37203

Is a contract and deposit required?

Imagine Recordings will initiate a simple contract so we may reserve your event date/time. A 50% deposit is required soon after your contract signature with the balance due no later than ten (10) days prior to the event. Credit card payments are available through PayPal with an additional 2.9% transaction fee.

Will there be food and beverages?

Imagine will provide complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks. We are happy to share a list of caterers who have been vetted for quality/service and who have been authorized by the recording studio to work in their space.

Beer and wine are permitted and can be provided through special arrangement with a local retailer for a $100 per session/studio beverage coordination fee. Imagine's local beer and wine provider will present you with a proposal for review. After you've approved your order you can make payment directly to the provider via their easy-to-use e-payment link. We will handle the delivery and have it waiting for you on ice at the studio.

Sound Stage Studios cannot accommodate a formal sit-down meal as part of your Imagine experience, however, buffet style set-ups and appetizers featuring easy to eat items work well. Imagine's food coordination fee is $200 per session/studio.

Is there a place and time for guests to mingle and enjoy conversations?

Yes, each studio has a private, comfortable, and easily accessible lounge area dedicated to your group for the duration of the event where guests can duck in and out of the live recording session spaces to mingle with colleagues and take phone calls.

What songs are recorded and where does the music go?

Each Imagine Studio recording session will include two songs, an artist original and a cover song. Soon after your event, Imagine will send to the event organizer the cover song which may be shared with your guests as an audio souvenir. Artists often master and release their original track.

Our rotating roster of musicians and engineers represent a who’s who of music industry pros who have toured and recorded with some of the biggest names in music. We will introduce you to each of these gifted artists during your studio visit.

Is the experience mostly entertaining or educational?

It’s both. It’s edutainment at its best, combining the art of music making with the science of recording. Also, you will experience sonic excellence, listening to live recorded music in sound-perfect rooms on state-of-the-art audio systems.

May I take photos or videotape during the session?
